Recipe type: Juice
Deep red in colour, and with a deep flavour too, bursting with goodness.
- Half a red pepper
- 1 Apple
- A few slices of pineapple
- A handful of kale
- Chunk of ginger
- A couple of beetroot (uncooked)
- Either using a centrifugal juicer, like the Philips range, juice everything, or add all the ingredients to a vitamin or similar.
- The Vitamix retains the finer, so you may need to add water. The juice can then be sieved through a nut milk bag.
