These perfect little puddings are from my Almost Raw ebook, available to download under the Ebooks header on the home page
  • 1 Tbsp Raw cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp Organic coconut oil
  • 4 oz/100g Mixed nuts
  • 6oz/150g Coconut water
  • 1Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tsp Ceylon cinnamon powder
  • Fresh strawberries to garnish
  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor, I use my Vitamix, and whizz up until very smooth.
  2. Pour into shot glasses, and chill
  3. Decorate with the berries, and almond slivers when set.
  4. Lovely served with coconut cream
