Choc - Nut Mousse

These perfect little puddings are from my Almost Raw ebook, available to download under the Ebooks header on the home page
- 1 Tbsp Raw cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp Organic coconut oil
- 4 oz/100g Mixed nuts
- 6oz/150g Coconut water
- 1Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tsp Ceylon cinnamon powder
- Fresh strawberries to garnish
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor, I use my Vitamix, and whizz up until very smooth.
- Pour into shot glasses, and chill
- Decorate with the berries, and almond slivers when set.
- Lovely served with coconut cream
